Cook passionately for you!

 

I want to turn your home into a Pakistani restaurant. Combined, the aroma of exotic spices and the colour of the dishes I create for you will make for a fine dining experience that you and your guests will never forget.

 

I cook for groups of up to approximately 30 people at your home, in your own kitchen. If you want to invite more guests and you have enough space to accommodate your guests, I can manage that as well. If your own home is not able to accommodate all your guests, all you need is a location with a kitchen. If you would like, I would be happy to  help you to find an appropriate location for your party.

 

I will need to meet with you beforehand to discuss your personalised menu. Tell me what you like, what you don’t like or if you have something specific in mind. Alternatively, if you would prefer to surprise your guests with something really special, we can create the perfect menu together.

 

I offer either a set menu or a buffet-style meal, and I can provide authentic Mughlai dinnerware. Of course, you are welcome to use your own plates and cutlery, if you prefer. These are all things we can discuss when we meet. Please also let me know if you are interested in typical Indian background music to create the perfect dining atmosphere. I will also check beforehand that your kitchen has everything that I need to cook for you.

 

 

 

On the day

 

Before I arrive you will need to empty your refrigerator and dishwasher and clear your kitchen work surfaces and dining table.

 

I will come with my assistant sometime between 8 and 2 hours before the party, depending on the number of people and menu that we decide on.

 

After cooking, I will set the table or buffet (if required). At the end of the evening, your kitchen will be clean and tidy and I will leave knowing that you enjoyed a meal that delighted you and your guests.
